Don't know much about this dude but I was searching for other stuff and found this Italians Do It Better linked mix which has the track "Writing on the Wall" and then I managed to navigate some russian forums to find the full album. Lots of relatively good tracks on here, highlights being Writing on the Wall and Kiss of Fire.

HI-Energy article from The Face 1984

I have been buying old The Face magazines lately and saw this article on Hi-Energy so thought I would share it. I didn't realize that the scene was pretty much started by Ian Levine and that it was centered at Heaven club (yes the same one). This article has pictures of Evelyn Thomas and talks about some other Hi-Energy stars, but most of the tracks that are mentioned which are not well known are not super great.
